Spring Gardening Calls for Comfort Plus Cream

Apr 7, 2026 | Uses for Topicals

Spring has sprung and so has my back!

With the Spring Equinox came a sudden surge of anticipation to see this year’s garden come to life! Along with the daffodils and dogwood flowers, I could see in my mind’s eye, bunches of bright flowers dancing in the wind.

So I danced my way through spreading three big tubs of compost and five bags of mulch in just a few hours yesterday. Fast forward to this morning when my aching back greeted me, not so gently!

Thankfully, I had Sweet Releaf Comfort + come to the rescue. Before aspirin or oral pain killers, I reach for my body butter jar and spread some evenly across my back – a good place to start I figured. In this way, I could measure its effectiveness in real time before resorting to other medicinal modalities.

Thirty minutes and one sunrise meditation later, it has loosened up substantially, leaving just some tenderness – enough to remind me to pace myself and take it easy for the next few days. But that’s good, because it gives me time to plan the next phase in the garden, which will be bending over to place seeds and plant starts in the now fertile soil. This time I’ll be careful to pace my efforts over several days!

Wishing you happy gardening ahead my friends. And keep that jar of Sweet Releaf handy!

Love, Didi
